With all the noise in the health & fitness industry, I was beyond frustrated trying to decipher fact from fiction. Not only that, I had spent countless hours and precious money looking for solutions that never delivered.
Fast forward a decade, and on the right you see 44-year old Andrea who finally understood it was the extreme tactics and fear mongering that was keeping her stuck. 
By educating myself and removing my own biases, I was finally able to create lasting results for myself as well as others.

I’ve heard it best said, “A healthy body is a responsive body.” Considering much of our dysfunction develops as a result of improper lifestyle and nutrition, our first priority must be building a strong foundation of adequate sleep, hydration, movement, and stress management. Paired with proper nutrition that supports the needs of the body, we can then effectively address the root causes of many deeper health issues. This is then the pathway to transformation that truly lasts.

JUST THE BASICS NUTRITION COACHING

Best for those brand new to health and fitness looking for an introduction to nutrition and exercise. Basic habits will be the focal point in creating a healthy foundation to build on. This is a great place to start to master the basics and then continue on to Beyond the Basics for more targeted results. This tier could also be beneficial for more experienced individuals who only need light guidance and accountability. All communication at this level will be done through email.

  • Biweekly check-ins

  • General nutrition plan (includes food lists and/or macros but no custom meal plans)

  • General cardio & strength training programs

  • Adjustments at check-in as needed

  • Unlimited email support

BEYOND THE BASICS NUTRITION COACHING

Best for those who have some nutrition and fitness knowledge but want more specific health and fitness outcomes. Typically, these individuals have basic habits in place yet need more targeted guidance to reach their desired results. Coaching will include personalized rather than general nutrition and exercise plans tailored to the individual and their goals. If needed, tracking skills will be taught and utilized in order to accelerate progress. This tier includes unlimited email and text support.

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Fully customized nutrition plan (macros or custom meal plans)

  • Customized cardio & strength training programs

  • Adjustments at check-in as needed

  • Unlimited text and email support

COMPREHENSIVE NUTRITION COACHING

Best for those looking for next level physique and health goals and/or an extra level of accountability and support. Individuals who have a good handle on nutrition, macros, and tracking yet are unable to attain next level results will benefit most from this level of coaching. This tier includes comprehensive nutrition and exercise plans tailored to the individual and their goals. It also includes the most touch points with the coach offering unlimited texting, phone calls, and Zooms.

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Fully customized nutrition plan (macros or custom meal plans)

  • Customized cardio & strength training programs
